VOLUNTEER ROLES

Concession Stand – No one younger than the age of 16 should be working. Check on bathrooms to ensure toilet paper and paper towel is stocked. Communicate with park district personnel on trash cans. Only 2 people needed for each shift.

Roaming Concession Cart – Academy Fields. Stay on the perimeter of the fields. Communicate with Brittany in re-stocking cart and money.

Field Monitors – Facilitate and Monitor the fields. Answer guests’ questions. Communicate any issues with tournament committee. Check bathrooms at both Academy and Main complex to ensure they are stocked, supplies will be available at request. Communicate with committee and park district personnel about trash cans.

Crossing Guards – Both North and South crosswalks! Help our guest cross the street safely into our complex.

Shuttle Drivers – Shuttle Drivers have to be 18 years of age. Please transfer our guests that have trouble/disabilities to get to the fields. Please use the perimeter at the Academy Fields to drop our guests. Main complex please drop our guests at the north end gravel. If guest needs to be dropped due to disability or mature aged, use the perimeter of the complex. Please stay out of the middle.
