What:
Tryouts/Club Placements for Season Fall 2021-Spring 2022

GIRLS May 24TH

Time:
6-7pm for players born 2014-2012
7-8.30pm for players born 2011-2007

What to expect:
Coaches will chat with the players & then run a fun session to allow the players to showcase their individual skills and teamwork.
Please tell your players to just treat this as any other session, relax & have fun!

What to wear/bring:
Players will be issued with their black tryout shirt with number upon checking in at complex on south entrance. Players should be appropriately dressed wearing shorts, socks, shin guards, cleats & bring their ball & plenty water.

Check in:
Please arrive at least 30 mins prior to tryout time to check in & receive your tryout shirt as well as obtain info on uniforms. If you registered AFTER the May 7th date, we CANNOT guarantee your shirt size. Please understand this shirt order is made weeks in advance. We will also take a headshot of your player for possible player card for season.

Meeting:
NEW 2014 Parents are encouraged to attend a brief meeting with club director Colin Bonner & staff at the south end of the complex (right next to check in) at 6.15pm

Attendance:
For those players registered but cannot attend a make up time/date will be issued to you to tryout.

During tryouts:
Parents & Spectators are welcome to sit in our spectator areas on the bleachers & at the concession stand, however no roaming of the fields is allowed. Communication with coaches is not permitted. Players will take water & ball to fields. Our youngest teams (2014) will be closer to parents on the west side & can interact with parents on water breaks if needed.

Walk ins:
Walk ins are permitted & we will have forms, pens for you to complete registration to allow you to tryout. We cannot guarantee your shirt size.

Pass-back Sale:
We may be operating a ‘PASSBACK SALE’. This is essentially soccer items & apparel donated to the club from those who no longer need it & available to buy for a price of your choosing. A great way to get some items you will need for start of season in August!

Weather:
If inclement weather we will contact you at this email address & we will arrange a new date. Typically if we get rain we still play, but if conditions become unsafe we may stop tryouts.

After tryouts:
You will be notified by email or phone by June 11, 2021 on selections. Please be patient as we work through several details so we can give you ALL the info at one time (coaches, training days/times, possible events etc). If selected a response is required to secure your spot & instructions on how/when to order uniforms are provided.
